Currently, Stephanie is the Business Development Manager at ReadyCare Industries, a leading provider of personal care amenities, supplies & private label solutions for spas, hotels, and fitness centers. She has previously served on the LVSA Board as a Spa Director at Aria, Red Rock, and The Mirage in Las Vegas. While at Aria, Stephanie and her team achieved the Forbes 5 Star award in 2019, making The Spa at Aria the largest in the world with 5 Star!

Prior to The Mirage, she spent several years as Spa Director at the Westin Casuarina, Las Vegas and Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas, Texas.  Her experience includes over 15 years of spa operations as well as spa openings and design.
