Toni is the Spa Director at Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. As an experienced spa director, she was pivotal in launching the property in 2020.  Her career tract includes the iconic MGM Grand, where she led the spa and salon teams. Toni graduated from the UNLV School of Hospitality and began her career in event planning before finding her unwavering passion for wellness. She is an experienced leader and trendsetter in spa experiences launching creative initiatives like Puppy Yoga and Floating Sound bath programs. Toni Dean was the recipient of the Las Vegas Spa Association Spa Director of the Year in 2023.
