As Executive Director of Spa Operations, Marcus currently oversees the Spa and Fitness operations at the Forbes five-star awarded Spas at Wynn & Encore Las Vegas. Marcus has been a part of the Wynn team for nearly a decade, holding various leadership roles in Spa and Fitness and briefly departing in 2018 to work in a position that oversaw the Hotel Division leadership and workforce development program, internship, and project management within the division. Humbled by the opportunity to lead the world-renowned spas, Marcus returned in January of 2020, where his continued focus is on setting the standard for the five-star, luxury wellness experience.

Prior to his time with Wynn, Marcus held numerous positions in Spa, Salon, Fitness and Pool with MGM Resorts International and his been active in the hospitality industry since 2005.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Marcus enjoys being outdoors and stays active through sports and other recreational activities. He is motivated by his family and enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and their two boys, and also stays involved in the community through various engagements. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
